1. Which celebrity do you think you look like?
A modern woman doesn’t live by a single definition, but by living the life she chooses for herself. I am so proud to be a young woman in today’s society where women are constantly pushing boundaries and lifting each other up to be the best we can be. There is nothing a modern woman cannot achieve and she takes pride in her confidence, strength, and ability to succeed.
2. What is the strangest thing in your fridge?
I believe a girl becomes a woman when she finds her place in the world. Each woman is blessed with unique, God-given gifts and when we understand how to use them to contribute to society, we truly become women.
3.What’s something you only do when you’re bored?
With years of practice, I know how vital it is to let myself feel disappointment, but not sit in it for too long. I always try to use disappointment as an opportunity to look at a situation from a new perspective and improve myself through it. All of us will be met with times of disappointment in our lives, so it is important to prepare for these moments of growth.
4.What is a purchase you made that you immediately regretted?
April 30, 2020 I graduated from the University of Utah with my Bachelors of Science degree. This moment was picture-perfect because I could stand there despite years of adversity and challenges, and know that I earned my education and a degree I am passionate about. This moment pushes me to show other women that no matter their setbacks or obstacles, being a woman with an education is important and still possible.
5.What kind of Barbie would you be?
Stress and pressure have always been some of my biggest motivators. Knowing that people are looking up to me to succeed and supporting me only pushes me harder to achieve my goals. When I feel stressed out, I make sure to take the time to do things I enjoy like dancing and running. Taking care of your body truly aids your mind and the stresses life puts on us.
