Kristi Atha-Rader is the Executive Director for the Mrs., Miss, and Teen West Virginia International Pageants. She was crowned Mrs West Virginia International 2011 and has held other state level Mrs titles in other pageant systems. Kristi has a true love for the International system and is excited to bring this opportunity to the women of West Virginia.
